Destroying All Error

“Christian Science reveals a necessity for overcoming the world,
the flesh, and evil, and thus destroying all error.”
(Science & Health page 10)

Last Week’s Bible Lesson on Reality posed a couple of questions from Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy, “Am I living the life that approaches the supreme good? Am I demonstrating the healing power of Truth and Love?” (page 496:10-12).

How do we incorporate the answer to these questions in our daily activities?

Every time you turn your thought away from some error -- large or small, you are answering those questions in the positive. For example: when driving we forgive another driver for cutting us off. Or if we see a homeless person, we realize their true selfhood as the image of God. Maybe we are standing in a long line at the grocery store and instead of being impatient, use it as a time for prayer. All these small turnings of thought away from the error to the Truth is lessening the mass of error. You have examples of this in your life.
