God's love for man, His own image, is a fact. The Bible teaches us that God is Love, and this teaching is in this week's Lesson-Sermon. The mission of Jesus was to demonstrate the scope and power of God's love, in healing disease and destroying sin. Mary Baker says in Science and Health: "God is Love. Can we ask Him to be more?" We cannot, for divine Love is the ultimate of existence, health, and perfection.
