Truth and Justice Still Reign

"Justice and judgment are the habitation of thy throne: mercy and truth shall go before thy face."
(Psalm 89: 14)

We seem to be bombarded nearly every day with examples of corruption—of lying, cheating, stealing and other criminal behavior—by all manner of individuals in just about all walks of life, from government officials, nationally and internationally, to businessmen to teachers to entertainers to athletes. Has it always been this way? Do truth and justice still matter? How do we pray about this? This coming Wednesday, we’ll explore what the Pastor of the Christian Science Church has to say on these questions. We will be singing hymns 18, 258, and 590 from the Christian Science Hymnal.
